How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of trade direct eco store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The hair is really pretty. It matchtmy natural 4c hair perfect. I ordered the u part so I was able to put i up. Half up and down. It had a little smell nothing bad. And little shedding, what's expected with curly hair. I wash it with mild shampoo and conditioner. Put some leave or gel in. See result on photo.

the hair is coo. the hair in the front is not as good as the hair in the back. i keep it about a month. maybe month in a half at most before its unmanageable. this is my like 4th time buying. last 2 times hair in front was like not as soft and totally different texture. overall decent wig
The wig had no smell, bleached very good. Extra soft, Barely sheds. It did take a good 2 weeks to get tho

Best purchase I have ever made! I was looking for an alternative to lace frontal wigs because my edges are suffering. I saw this kinky u-part wig , it looked very realistic. I ordered it, and it came to the uk in 3 DAYS, I was SUPRISED! It blends with my 4c hair and the density is perfect , not too thick so it still looks realistic. It’s also very soft to touch, which sometimes is an issue with kinky textures. Plus for such a good price , I would recommend for those part-time naturalistas!

Lovely hair really cute and natural... received a lot of compliments... didn’t understand the U part lol ... so I used a scarf to cover it ... but other wise I really like it . So I highly recommend.. will other more from them .
I love this unit! I have not plucked one strand from the frontal because it comes pre plucked & love how natural it looks. Normally i have to pluck a bunch from other vendors but not in this case. Barely sheds (probably because I’m not constantly brushing it) love the curls I just wish it was a bit easier defining them. I also love how fast the shipping was!

Everyone thinks this is my natural hair. It’s really soft has no smell and is pre plucked. When it’s brushed out it has the texture of when type 4 hair is blown out. My coworker ordered one the day she saw me wearing mine. It’s been great so far
This is hair sooooo soft n beautiful I order this hair on Wednesday or Thursday I believe but I receive it Saturday which I was so surprise and happy I got 20 inches which is good cause I wanted a natural look didnt won’t to get it longer but have it install yet but the hair didn’t smell bad smell like hair box hard to explain and little shedding but it tight curls so don’t expect to not shedding it true to length I will b order again tho vendor was so nice n patients cause I wanted to make sure sure n few did review on the hair so that made wanted order even more worth my money if u want more tight curls “ Afro “ this is it I give another update after I install it
